SRMJEEE is a Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering for admission to B.Tech and M.Tech degree programs offered by SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai.

Eligibility:

SRMJEEE 2019 eligibility criteria require candidates to fulfill multiple aspects if they want to appear for this engineering entrance exam.
Aspirants must be a Resident Indian, Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India.
NRIs, holders of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India who has not taken the SRMJEEE (UG) must apply under International student category only.
Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years as on December 31 of the admission year.

Faculty of Engineering and Technology:

All B.Tech programmes :

For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM
For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 55 % aggregate in PCM/PCB.

B.Tech Biotechnology, B.Tech Biomedical Engineering, and B.Tech Genetic Engineering:

For Kattankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses: Minimum 60 % aggregate in PCM / PCB
For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 55 % aggregate in PCM / PCB

Exam Pattern:

Be a two hours thirty minutes duration examination.
Have a total of 105/120(PCM/PCB) questions.
Be in multiple-choice objective type format.
PCM (35 Q each), PCB (35 , 35, 50 Ques.)

Fee:

The application fee to apply for SRMJEEE is INR 1100 only/-

Syllabus:

The question paper will be divided into 3 sections – Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology.
Candidates must note that while the Physics and Chemistry sections of the paper are compulsory, they can choose if they want to attempt the Mathematics or Biology section. It will comprise syllabus of class 12th.
